This particular No.4 is made from a lighter cut of Badalassi Carlo’s waxed leather - Approximately 1.25mm ≈ 3oz in thickness instead of the usual 1.5mm. I’ve made this one as a way of utilizing some nice off-cuts of this leather, and so the price is a little lower.

  • I recommend carrying up to 6 cards. The leather can stretch to accommodate more, however, it will not contract back.

  • Leather will patina with time and use, darkening in colour, whilst developing a rich and lustrous surface. Friction, oils from skin, and exposure to sunlight will accelerate this process. Consistent handling should keep most leathers naturally moisturized; however, if you wish to condition your leather goods, I suggest either a natural leather balm or cream.
