The sweet almond oil helps bring moisture deep into the leather fibres, whilst the cocoa butter helps to lock that oil in place and further nourish the leather. The beeswax remains in the grain, forming a protective barrier against dirt and water.
To apply the balm, simply use your fingers. Rub a thin layer of the balm on to the leathers surface in a circular motion, applying it as evenly as you can. After a minute or two, you can buff the surface with the included cotton canvas cloth or a horsehair brush for a smooth and shiny polish.
