Reporter Strap - Minerva

The Reporter Strap is a more traditional take on a camera strap, incorporating a wider neck-pad, for added comfort when carrying heavier setups.

When selecting your preferred length of strap, please consider how you like to carry your camera. Shorter lengths are better for carrying a camera over your chest, medium for over the shoulder, and longer for a cross-body style. The most common length is 100cm.

  • Leather: Badalassi Carlo Minerva (Italy)

  • Colours: Olmo / Olive

  • Width: Approximately 15mm (+ 30mm Neck-pad)

  • Rings: Stainless Steel

(Protective tabs are two pieces of leather that help to reduce wear on your camera from contact with the rings. These can either be integrated into the strap or independent.)

Patina & Care:

Leather will patina with time and use, darkening in colour, whilst developing a rich and lustrous surface. Friction, oils from skin, and exposure to sunlight will accelerate this process. Consistent handling should keep most leathers naturally conditioned. If you wish to condition your leather goods, I suggest either a natural leather balm or Saphir Renovating Cream.
